Process and project management

Project and process management is one of the areas of expertise of SwissMediaPartners AG. We analyze and optimize existing transmission systems and/or define new ones.

TRAINING AND COACHING

SwissMediaPartners AG attaches great importance to the training, coaching and support of your employees in their daily tasks.

We focus, among other things, on training in automation systems and music programming for radio and television stations. We support you in the development and implementation of new workflows, as well as in the migration to them.

We also focus on the support of employees with internal company procedures.
